What data do we collect?

Loving Loyalty collects the following data:

You directly provide Loving Loyalty with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Register an account through the app
  • Place an order with any of our participating merchants
  • Submit a review of a completed order

Loving Loyalty may also receive your data indirectly from the following sources:

  • Apple, Facebook, or Google if/when you log in through these channels

How will we use your data?

Loving Loyalty collects your data so that we can:

  • Process your order and manage your account
  • Notify you about special offers on other products and services we think you might like.
  • Provide our continuous services and the fulfillment of our contractual obligations to you.

Loving Loyalty will share your data with our merchant partner companies so that they may offer you their products and services, or call you for order updates. Note that data will only be shared with merchant partners with which you have already placed an order.

How do we store your data?

Loving Loyalty securely stores your data at our data center in Frankfurt, Germany. Data is stored on a secure platform that complies with industry-standard data security frameworks, including ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield.

Loving Loyalty will keep your data for as long as you have an account with us. Once you close your account, we will remove your data from our platform by permanently deleting all records associated with you.

Marketing

Loving Loyalty would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, as well as those of our merchant partners. You have the right at any time to stop Loving Loyalty from contacting you for marketing purposes. If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, go to your profile in the app, tap Notifications, and untick the notifications you no longer wish to receive.

What are your data protection rights?

Loving Loyalty would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

The right to access – You have the right to request Loving Loyalty for copies of your data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.

The right to rectification – You have the right to request that Loving Loyalty correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Loving Loyalty to complete the information you believe is incomplete.
